Stress

Stress is pretty much gross. It gets you all worked up and anxious! I have been stressing about my grades all this week. I really hate stressing over stuff. I have learned that stress is not the best thing for your body. Sometimes it can make you physically sick, other times it can make you mentally sick. When I'm stressed I start to get really angry at everyone. I don't mean to but it just happens. There is nothing you can do about it though. Stress never goes away and you have to learn how to live with your stress. It's pretty much the only thing you can do.
